This Privacy Policy describes how Conektr Technologies LLC ("Conektr", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the Conektr Salesman mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business tool used by our sales representatives to manage customers, place orders, collect payments, and track their field sales activity on behalf of Conektr.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following categories of information as part of operating the App:

We retain account and business data for as long as your sales representative account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter as required to meet our legal, accounting, and business record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 8.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to business data within the App is restricted to authenticated sales representatives and authorized Conektr admin staff.
The App is a business tool intended for use by Conektr's sales representatives and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held in connection with the App by contacting us using the details in Section 10.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
